Greg A. Bennett

Greg graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz, in 1979 with a Bachelor's degree in Modern Society and Social Thought. After graduating, Greg worked for Richardson, Haynie & Co, Certified Public Accountants, in Walnut Creek and Oakland, California. He joined the Firm in 1983, working in the Napa and St. Helena offices. Greg became partner in 1987. Greg and his wife, Susan live in Napa and have four children, including twins.
Professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Greg is a director of the Bank of Napa, a member and past president of the Napa Sunrise Rotary Club, executive board member and treasurer of If Given A Chance Foundation, trustee and Vice President for the Queen of the Valley Hospital Foundation, and board member and Treasurer of Tulocay Cemetery Association. Greg is a past Board member and treasurer of the Napa Valley Unified Education Foundation, the Napa Valley Symphony Association, the Napa Youth Soccer League, the Napa Active 20-30 Club and Leadership Napa Valley.
Greg's professional emphasis is in estate, gift and trust taxation and planning, as well as accounting and taxation for the construction and real estate industries, legal and professional service Firms, and other small businesses indigenous to the Napa Valley. Greg is the Firm's managing partner.

Wendell R. Coats

Wendell (Dell) has over 14 years of professional experience providing auditing, accounting, tax and consulting services to clients ranging from construction, professional service companies, wineries and a wide variety of non-profit organizations.
Wendell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University. He joined the Firm in 1996, working in the Napa office and became partner in 2003.
Wendell is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Kiwanis Club of Napa. He also serves on the Board of Directors of COPE Family Resource Center and various finance and audit committees of non-profits in the Napa Valley.

Laura E. Wintz

Laura graduated from Sonoma State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. After graduation, Laura continued to work as an accountant for Longs Drugs Store where she had been for 20 years. In December 1999 Laura joined the Firm in the Napa office. Laura became a partner in June 2009. Laura and her husband, Doug, have lived in Napa since 1989. Laura's professional experience includes both the tax and audit for non-profit organizations and small business owners
Professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accounts. Laura is a member of St. Apollinaris Catholic Church and is a member of the Measure M Independent Citizens Bond Oversight Committee.

Gordon J. Seiberlich (Retired)

A native of Oakland, Gordon received his Bachelor's degree in economics at the University of California at Berkeley in 1942. After serving three years in the US Army, he enrolled at Northwestern University at Evanston, Illinois. In 1948 he received his Master's in Business Administration, while working for Horwath and Horwath, Certified Public Accountants, a Firm specializing in hotels and restaurants. In 1948 Gordon returned to California to join Haskins and Sells, Certified Public Accountants (today, Deloitte and Touche).
He moved to Napa County in late 1949, opening the Calistoga office in January 1950, St. Helena later in the year, and the Napa office when his brother, Jerry, joined with him in 1953. Gordon has been managing partner of the Firm, developing all of the internal operating systems toward the goals of quality, effeciency and excellence. He was greatly aided in 1975 when Dale Brown, James Tidgewell, and later, Robert Holder, joined the Firm. G & J Seiberlich & Co LLP has developed into a broad-based accounting Firm serving the industries of Napa County.
Gordon and his wife, Catherine have three children who are all successful in their own spheres. Gordon has retired effective June 1, 2001.
James E. Tidgewell (Retired)

Jim graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1968 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. On graduation Price Waterhouse & Co in Southern California employed him. Jim served in the US Army from 1968 to 1970, including a tour in Vietnam as First Lieutenant. After returning to civilian life, Jim continued to work for Price Waterhouse & Co until 1975, when he joined G&J Seiberlich & Co LLP in their Calistoga office. Jim became a partner in the Firm in 1976 and shortly thereafter assumed the duties of managing the Napa office for the Firm. He and his wife, Jan, have three children: Casey, Christy and Andy.
Jim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has served as director of North Bay Bancorp since 1988 and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Queen of the Valley Hospital. Jim is a past president of The Queen of the Valley Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees and the Napa Active 20-30 Club. Jim currently is a member of the Napa Rotary Club and is a member of the Silverado Country Club where he enjoys playing golf.
Jim's professional emphasis is in tax and retirement planning for medical professionals and high net worth individuals, retail and other professional service companies.
